About this place
Ryuguu Shrine is a shrine located in Inaho, Otaru, Hokkaido. Its former shrine rank was village-district shrine (gosha). Its principal deities are the three Watatsumi deities: Sokotsu Watatsumi no Kami, Nakatsu Watatsumi no Kami and Uwatsu Watatsumi no Kami. Toyouke-hime no Mikoto, Omononushi no Kami, Obiko no Mikoto and Emperor Kanmu are enshrined as associated deities. Preparations are under way to add Enomoto Takeaki as a principal deity from 2026 (Reiwa 8).
