About this place
Goshoji is a temple of the Ji sect and the Shingon sect in Utazu, Kagawa Prefecture. Its mountain name is Bukkozan and its subtemple name is Kotokuin. The principal image is Amida Nyorai. It is Temple No. 78 of the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage. Principal image mantra: On amirita teizei karaun Goeika (pilgrim's hymn): Odori hane nenbutsu mosu dojoji hyoshi o soroe kane o utsu nari
