The name for three cable-stayed bridges on the Isewangan Expressway, painted from west to east in red, white and blue.
About this place
Meiko Triton is the nickname of three cable-stayed bridges (Meiko Nishi Ohashi, Meiko Chuo Ohashi, and Meiko Higashi Ohashi) between Tokai IC and Tobishima IC on the Isewan Gan Road (between Tokai, Aichi Prefecture, and Tobishima Village, Ama District, on National Route 302) of the Isewangan Expressway. Because Meiko Triton and its approach sections before and after were developed as a general toll road project and a directly controlled national highway project, the entire stretch between Tokai IC and Tobishima IC is a general national highway motor-vehicle-only road running parallel to the national expressway.
