About this place
An observation facility in Chiba, opened in 1986 as a symbol of Chiba Port. From the Royal Blue Floor on the second floor you can look out over the Chiba cityscape and the night view of factories, and from the observation floor at the top you can see all of Tokyo Bay. From the west side you can see Mt. Fuji dyed by the setting sun. On the first floor is a souvenir corner selling specialties of Chiba Prefecture.
