About this place

A shopping street at the foot of Matsuyama Castle in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, leading to the ropeway. Stylish shops line the calm scenery, and many gourmet shops and souvenir shops are scattered about, including Uwajima's signature sea bream rice and Imabari towels. Tourists enjoy turning a tap to get mikan juice, and it is a rare barrier-free shopping street even nationwide.
