A center in the Prefectural General Consultation Plaza on the second floor of the main building of the Ehime Prefectural Office. Opened on April 1, 2016, it takes inquiries about permission to use the Mikyan design, costume rentals, a database of usage examples, and exhibits and introductions of local products and traditional crafts.
