Overview
A moss-covered stretch in Seiyo, where former terraced paddies have gone over to moss.
About this place
A moss garden in Seiyo. The owner, Mr. Murakami, made it by planting moss on a former terraced rice field and tending it every day, and it has been selected as one of the 88 Views of Shikoku. The cafe on the grounds serves coffee and matcha made with groundwater pumped from 50 m underground and sweets using local ingredients, and the breeze passes through well, so it is cool even in midsummer.
