About this place
A waterfall-standing experience program held in the Misogi district of Uchiko, Ehime Prefecture. It involves purifying body and mind under a 17 m waterfall, and comes with white robe rental and a local guide. Beginners can take part; bring swimwear or other items you do not mind getting wet.
Eligible ages: Junior high school students and older
Reservation required at least 5 days in advance
Location: Meet at Misogi-no-sato (former Misogi Elementary School); experience at Momijigataki Falls (20 minutes on foot from Misogi-no-sato)

If the water volume is judged to be high on the morning of the day, the experience may be cancelled for safety.
You will wear a white robe, so please bring a swimsuit or underwear that does not become see-through when wet.
River shoes are provided. We will ask your shoe size when you reserve. (You may also bring your own.)
