Overview
A hot spring on the Ehime-Kochi border, standing quietly at the foot of Mount Sasayama.
About this place
A hot spring in Ehime Prefecture, surrounded by the nature of the sacred Mt. Sasayama on the border between Ehime and Kochi. It has a medium-sized bath that switches between men and women daily and 5 family baths, connected by a dirt-floor corridor so they feel like detached rooms. The free-flowing source water, with a faint sulfur scent and floating mineral deposits, also comes out of all the taps.
