About this place
A tide-viewing boat on which you can feel the tidal current between Oshima and Hakata Island up close. A cruise of about 40 minutes around the fierce currents of the Miyakubo Strait near the nationally designated historic site Noshima, Funaori Strait, Niwatori Kojima, Taizaki Island and more. On the way the engine is shut off and the boat spins around, carried by the current. You can see up close a tidal current reaching up to 10 knots (about 18 km/h).
