About this place
A facility in Obata, Kanra, Gunma, conveying the deliciousness and culture of konnyaku. It is divided into and connected by three zones: the factory zones (konnyaku and shirataki; jelly) and the buffet and souvenir zone, where you can see the production process and enjoy a konnyaku buffet. There is also a kitchen where you can try making konnyaku jelly by hand. Open 9:00 to 18:00.
