Overview
The remains of an explosion crater about 450 metres across. Steam rises continuously from the vents, and this is the source of the Noboribetsu hot springs.

The source of Noboribetsu Onsen in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido. A crater about 450 m in diameter formed by the eruption of Mount Hiyori, with white steam rising from many places and a rugged landscape. There are also night illuminations and events. Parking: 165 spaces, paid.
