About this place
A resort in Shimukappu. On about 1,000 ha of land embraced by the Hidaka Mountains, it has two hotels, Tomamu The Tower and Risonare Tomamu. You can enjoy spectacular views of the sea of clouds, such as at the Unkai Terrace at 1,088 m, and a wide variety of activities. The Unkai Terrace is usually open from mid-May to mid-October.
