Overview
A quiet lake at the western foot of Mount Eniwa. No road comes near it; you view it from a distance at the lookout.
About this place
A barrier lake at the western foot of Mount Eniwa in Chitose. With a circumference of about 5 km, it is counted among Hokkaido's three secret lakes, alongside Shinonome Lake and Onneto, and you can enjoy its changing colors. Because the road is closed in winter, it is closed from late November to the end of April.
