Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. (HAKUTSURU SAKE BREWING CO.,LTD) is a Japanese sake maker headquartered in Higashinada Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. It is in Mikage-go, one of the Nada Gogo. Its head office is at 4-5-5 Sumiyoshiminamimachi, Higashinada Ward, Kobe. The Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Museum is on the head office grounds and is also a stop on group tour itineraries. The Kano family that runs Hakutsuru Sake Brewing is one of the most prestigious in Mikage-go, and shares a common ancestor with the Kano family that runs Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewing.
