About this place
The Takarazuka City Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum is an anime and manga museum in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture. To honor the life of Tezuka Osamu, who spent about 20 years in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture (his birthplace is Toyonaka, Osaka Prefecture), it was established in Takarazuka in 1994, the fifth anniversary of his death, as a place to nurture dreams in young people. Its basic theme is 'love of nature and the preciousness of life'. It is operated by Takarazuka City.
