About this place
A promenade built inside the bridge girder in Tarumi Ward, Kobe, about 47 m above the sea surface and 317 m in total length. On a clear day you can see Awaji Island, Osaka Bay, and the Seto Inland Sea. In the center are an observation lounge and a restaurant over the sea. Open 9:00 to 18:00.
