A strawberry farm in Ofunato. On the Sanriku coast, cool in summer and warm in winter, it grows "everbearing strawberries," also called summer strawberries. Besides picking, the Hoshi Ichigo Cafe serves parfaits made with strawberries picked that morning and lunches with local ingredients. Picking experience: adults (junior high school and older) 2,180 yen.
