A shrine in Higashikagawa, Kagawa Prefecture. The name is written with characters meaning water master and read Mizushi, and its grounds are designated a prefectural nature conservation area. It is said that Minamoto no Yoshitsune stopped by during a march to pray for victory, that Saicho visited to worship, and that Kobo Daishi dug the Akai spring water and offered it.
