About this place
A tofu-making class at a cafe run directly by a nigari (bittern) manufacturer in Nio, Mitoyo, Kagawa Prefecture. A tofu meister teaches about nigari and tofu, and you make tofu from soy milk. It takes 60 minutes, and the fee with lunch is 2,200 yen for adults, high school students and junior high school students, and 1,650 yen for elementary school students. Reservation required.
