A direct-sales shop for Shodoshima hand-stretched somen noodles in Shodoshima. A traditional industry of the island with a history of 420 years, the noodles are handmade by licensed noodle-making technicians. You can try hashi-wake, stretching somen thin, and viewing is free at any time. The experience fee is 3,500 yen and includes a souvenir.
