Overview
A single-plank bridge in Tsuno, held to be the original form of the submersible bridge, 60 centimetres wide.
About this place
A wooden bridge in Tsuno. Said to be the prototype of the submersible bridge, it is also called a flowing bridge. It is simply three wooden planks (about 30 cm thick and 60 cm wide) laid across a 9 m bridge girder; of the many single-plank bridges that once spanned tributaries of the Shimanto River, this bridge in Tsuno is now the only one.
