A restaurant in Ino, Kochi Prefecture. It offers a benefit for the Ino Shogayaki Kaido, giving a discount on orders of 500 yen or more that include ginger pork. It serves a dish combining bonito and rare sprout ginger, and, committed to local production for local consumption, uses Niyodo River water for preparation, green onions, soda bonito and yuzu ponzu.
