An eel restaurant in Kochi Prefecture. A selected shop in the Kochi-ke no Shokutaku Prefectural General Election 2016, it is a popular shop with lines of local regulars and tourists from outside the prefecture. Carefully selected domestic eel is grilled crisp on the surface and fluffy inside, with a restrained secret sauce. It can be enjoyed with a chawanmushi that is like a clear soup.
