About this place
A set meal restaurant and direct-sales shop in Nakahama, Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture, where you can enjoy soda bonito. There is a set meal in which you can put as much factory-direct soda bonito as you like on your food, and soda bonito related products line the shop. With a reservation, you can tour the head office's factory, and there is also an experience of shaving soda bonito with a small knife and making an original umami soy sauce bottle.
