About this place
A complex in Aya run directly by Unkai Shuzo. Sake is made with the pure water produced by the laurel forest, and a shochu brewery, sake brewery, winery and beer brewery are gathered here. There are shops, restaurants and an eel specialty restaurant, and on brewery tours (reservation required) you can taste local beer and more. You can also tour the studio of the glass artist Kuroki Kuniaki.
