About this place
A garden park in Miyakonojo run directly by Kirishima Shuzo (famous for authentic sweet potato shochu such as Shiro Kirishima and Kuro Kirishima). At KIRISHIMA WALK FACTORY you can see the process by which shochu is made (reservation required), and at Kiri no Kura Museum you can learn the background of shochu making from the formation of the land. There are also a shop, restaurant and bakery.
