Overview
A hot spring in Hirado, known as a bath of beauty.
About this place
A hot spring in Hirado, Nagasaki Prefecture. In a town that flourished as Japan's first overseas trading port, the water is a sodium hydrogen carbonate spring said to be good for neuralgia and burns. Because of its slippery feel on the skin, it is also called the beauty water, and there are lodgings with hot springs in various parts of the city.
