About this place
Tosu Premium Outlets (English name: Tosu Premium Outlets) is an outlet mall in Tosu, Saga Prefecture. It opened in March 2004. It is operated by Mitsubishi Estate Simon of the Mitsubishi Estate Group. The facility is themed on a town in southern California, with its fresh air and bright sunshine. With three expansions in December 2007, July 2011 and November 2019, it now has a total of 170 stores.
