About this place
A shop in front of Arita Station in Arita, Saga Prefecture, inside the Saga Prefecture Ceramics Industry Cooperative. It opened in 2018, and works from about 60 kilns are displayed and available for purchase. The works include not only Arita but also kilns in Imari and Ureshino. There is a painting experience (from 1,200 yen) in which you paint on an unglazed vessel with gosu blue, easy to do in 30 to 60 minutes.
