About this place
Ureshino Onsen is a hot spring in Ureshino-cho, Ureshino, Saga Prefecture (formerly Hizen Province). Together with Takeo Onsen it is representative of the prefecture's hot springs. Selected as one of the Hundred Views of Japan, it is a registered trademark of Ureshino City under the names 'Japan's Three Great Beautiful-Skin Hot Springs: Ureshino Onsen' and 'Saga/Ureshino Onsen.' Sodium - bicarbonate-chloride spring A sodium bicarbonate spring effective for beautiful skin, leaving a smooth feeling after bathing. Its spring quality was selected by Satoshi Fujita as one of 'Japan's Three Great Beautiful-Skin Hot Springs' (the other two being Hinokami Onsen and Kitsuregawa Onsen).
