Overview
A shrine in Ureshino, known for prayers for fine skin.
About this place
A shrine at Ureshino Onsen in Ureshino, known as the goddess of beautiful skin, enshrined at one of the three great beautifying hot springs of Japan. Since long ago, many hot spring visitors have prayed here for recovery from skin conditions (white catfish), and the catfish is said to be Toyotamahime's messenger. There is a catfish hall enshrining a white porcelain white catfish, where you can dedicate an ema plaque for a wish come true.
