About this place
A beach about 5 minutes by ferry from Nakagi in Minami-Izu. Surrounded by sheer cliffs, it can only be entered for a limited period, usually from early July to late September. The water is highly transparent, and when snorkeling you can see pebbles and fish on the bottom about 5 m down, with southern fish and branching coral spreading out. There are no facilities such as toilets on the beach, and pets are not allowed.
