About this place
A mountain about 2,000 m high in Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a unique landscape of two small mountains side by side, on the mid-slope of Mt. Fuji near the New Fifth Station of the Gotemba-guchi Trail. From the summit you look up at the top of Mt. Fuji close by and can see Suruga Bay, the west coast of Izu and Lake Yamanaka. A nearby hiking course has also been set up.
