A ski area in Daisen with four slopes, among the largest in western Japan.
About this place
Daisen White Resort is the collective name for the ski areas in Daisen, Saihaku District, Tottori Prefecture. Its former name was Daisen Ski Area. From the 2010 (Heisei 22) season, the collective name was changed to 'Daisen White Resort' (see below). Spread across the foot of the north slope of Mt. Daisen, the ski area is within Daisen-Oki National Park. It boasts top-class area and number of lifts in western Japan. It is also a ski area where on clear days you can take in the whole of the Sea of Japan from the slopes.
