About this place
A large roadside station along National Route 13 in Tendo, Yamagata, used as a base for visiting Ryushakuji (Yamadera), Zao and the Three Mountains of Dewa. Inside the forest information hall "Mori-na Tendo" are a corner for shogi pieces and La France pears, which always sells more than 15 kinds of gelato made with seasonal fruit such as La France. The foot bath "Koma no Yu" next to the station building is free, and the plaza has a fountain and large play equipment.
