About this place
A seaside mall in Shimonoseki. Shops centered on the seafood the Kanmon area is proud of line up, and from the boardwalk you can see the Kanmon Strait. The sound of the tide and ship whistles of the Kanmon Strait were chosen as one of the 100 Soundscapes of Japan to Preserve, and the red and white lighthouse right in front is called the Lovers' Lighthouse.
