What people have long eaten in this place. We collect the dishes themselves, not restaurants.
Green tea buckwheat noodles that have been boiled and then grilled, beef stir-fried sweet and salty, shredded egg crepe, green onion and nori are placed on a heated roof tile. Eaten dipped in warm sauce, with lemon and grated daikon with chili.

Chisha leaf vegetable is laid in the bottom of a wooden frame, vinegared rice mixed with fish paste is packed in, and layers of shredded egg crepe, shiitake, denbu fish flakes and vinegared lotus root are built up, then weighted and pressed.

Adzuki beans are simmered slowly so their skins do not burst and seasoned with sugar and salt. They are then combined with a dashi soup containing shiratama (soft rice-flour dumplings), kamaboko fish cake and shiitake, seasoned with salt and soy sauce.

Bracken starch and wheat flour are mixed with sugar dissolved in water and with bean paste, strained through a sieve, poured into a mold, and steamed until set.

One hundred and twenty-three torii run about 100 metres out towards the sea. A comparatively new shrine, built after a white fox appeared in the dream of a local fisherman. The torii went on being dedicated over more than a decade. The same structure as the thousand torii at Fushimi Inari or the lanterns at Kasuga Taisha, still working in postwar Japan.
