About this place
Ureshino Onsen is a hot spring in Ureshinomachi, Ureshino, Saga Prefecture (former Hizen Province). Together with Takeo Onsen it is one of the prefecture's leading hot springs. It was selected as one of the Japan 100 Views and has been registered as a trademark by Ureshino City under the names 'Japan's Three Great Beautifying Springs, Ureshino Onsen' and 'Saga Ureshino Onsen'. Sodium hydrogen carbonate and chloride spring It is a sodium bicarbonate spring effective for beautiful skin, leaving a smooth feeling after bathing. Its water quality was chosen by Fujita Satoshi as one of 'Japan's Three Great Beautifying Springs' (the other two are Hinokami Onsen and Kitsuregawa Onsen).
