Tokyo concert and essay awards to invite 1,500 people

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is inviting applications for a citizens' concert held together with the 35th "Tomorrow's TOKYO" essay contest award ceremony. It takes place on January 14, 2027 at Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, with 1,500 people invited free of charge.
