Students replant the flower clock at Saitama's prefectural office

On November 6, students from Saitama Prefectural Sugito Agricultural High School plant pansies, violas and other flowers in the flower clock at the prefectural office. The clock was installed in 1991, and this is the 76th replanting by high school students.
