About this place
A citizens' park developed across Mt. Kozanji in Shimanto. Suitable for hiking and forest bathing, it has famous sites and historic spots scattered about, such as Kozanji, associated with Kobo Daishi. The three-story pagoda in Kozanji serves as an observatory. In April, wisteria, the city flower, blooms, and you can see about 20 of the 32 species in the world.
