Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets is an outlet mall of Mitsubishi Estate Simon located in Kobe Research Park Kamitsudai, Kita Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Opened on July 6, 2007. According to the company's official website, Pasadena served as the model for the facility.
