■ Corporate Sales
Proposing products such as beauty devices, corporate services, OEM services and more to salon owners operating multiple locations, and managing orders received and placed through the system
■ E-commerce Consultant
Proposing “Salon.EC,” a SaaS-type service for building online shops for beauty salons, and providing follow-up support for salons that have adopted it
■ Salon Management Consultant
Consulting on opening and managing beauty salons, proposing customer acquisition and system services, and conducting internal certification tests
■ Product Planning
Planning private-label products (cosmetics and supplies), purchasing national-brand products, planning and executing sales promotion measures, numerical management, and more

Full-time employee (new graduate)

Monthly salary: Starting from 242,000 yen (planned amount for joining in April 2025)
Bonus: Twice a year (performance-based in May and winter bonus in December)
Salary revision: Once a year (June)
※Salary includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (44,161 yen) as a work allowance; any excess will be paid separately
