Shipping policy

After your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 1 week.
※Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays may be delayed.
Delivery time slots can be specified through Yamato Transport.
If you have a preferred delivery time, please let us know in the notes field.

Made-to-order products
If you purchase made-to-order items together with regular products, they will be shipped once all items are ready.
If you are in a hurry, please place separate orders.
■For returns due to an error on our part, such as “defective product” or “an item different from the order arrived”
We will promptly accept the return or exchange it for the same product. Please contact us via the inquiry form or by email within 10 days of receiving the product. We will explain the next steps by email. We will cover fees and other costs related to returns and refunds.
※If an exchangeable product is out of stock, we will respond with a refund.

受注生産商品に関して
受注生産アイテムと通常商品をご購入頂いた場合には、商品が揃い次第発送となります。
お急ぎの場合には個別でのご注文をお願い致します。
■「不良品」または「注文と異なる品が到着した」など当社不備による返品の場合
速やかにご返品、もしくは同一商品と交換させて頂きます。商品到着から１０日以内に問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡下さいますようお願い致します。メールにてその後の対応をご説明致します。返品、返金にかかる手数料などは当社が負担致します。
※交換可能な商品が品切れの場合、返金にて対応させて頂きます。
