Value Village Division Is Born - A New Step Toward Creating the Future Through Sports

Through businesses related to medical care, beauty, and health, INSTINCT BROTHERS Inc. is taking a new step toward improving healthy life expectancy. With the launch and development of the Value Village division, we will devote ourselves fully to creating the future through sports and contributing to society.

In December 2023, INSTINCT BROTHERS will launch the Value Village division.
Our corporate mission is:

“Bring joy to everyone around the world! Let’s build a company that can contribute to society!”

A variety of colors and shapes come together, spreading tournaments and events that go beyond sports, race, and age. As an educational institution, we envision a future in which athletes and their peers soar onto the world stage.

This new division is based on the theme of “creating the future through the power of sports” and aims to contribute to regional revitalization. Specifically, we will work to realize the following three forms of “creation.”

Create “lives”!

• We want to help people build healthy and fulfilling lives through sports.

 

 

Create “society”!

• We want to contribute to economic and regional revitalization while aiming to build an inclusive society and realize a society of healthy longevity.

 

 

 

Create “the future”!

• We want to promote teamwork and cooperation, and nurture the ability to take on future challenges through sports.

 

 

Through the three “creation” activities above, we will provide knowledge and technology from top-class research institutes in Japan and among the best in the world, and train athletes who can succeed globally.

These aspirations aim to develop athletes who can succeed globally in the future and make Japan’s future, including its children, brighter This is our goal. Not only in major sports, our hope is to energize diverse sports and regions, and build the future together.

 

This challenge toward the future marks the start of our partnership with all of you. With the belief that “we increase the number of people who find joy and happiness, and revenue will follow later,” we will work with local governments, sponsors, and a wide range of companies to contribute to society. What Is VALUE VILLAGE?

The VALUE VILLAGE Division of INSTINCT BROTHERS Inc. has set out the vision: “Create a world where people can live healthy, fulfilling lives until the age of 120! And we will build safe, secure, and valuable communities!”

 

The division will work to become a Japanese educational institution for athlete development. It will begin activities for long-term students and young people taking part in short-term camps, bringing together a wide range of youth from around the world, from beginners to those aiming to become top athletes, so they can achieve their individual goals while engaging with different cultures.

 

Professional Division

•  Emphasis is placed on supporting the world’s top athletes and those who have experienced setbacks.

•  Providing an environment where participants can experience different cultures and make use of the latest research and information.

•  Former J.League players, former professional baseball players, and others take part as coaches and staff as part of their second careers.

•  Former professional athletes share their own experience, treatment, and therapy with current athletes and support their growth.

   

 

Professional Academy Division 

•  A top-class academy in Japan for athletes aiming to compete in the Olympics.

•  Complete support for athletes from their teenage years onward. 

•  A key feature is the Athlete Medical Science Research Institute, which brings together sports medicine, brain science, psychology, and nutrition science.

•  Providing an environment that brings out latent potential, with an emphasis on total growth.

•  Balanced training and support are emphasized.

   

 

As the first step in our activities, this coming Sunday, December 24 on

Shizuoka Prefecture Ecopa Stadium Auxiliary Field  we will hold a soccer event, ISB Cup!

 

 

-ISB Cup Mission-

• Children’s education and motivation-building through sports

• Developing athletes from Shizuoka Prefecture who can compete on the world stage

• Taking part together, even without soccer experience. Giving hope and dreams

In addition, from the beginning of the new year onward, we plan to hold a series of tournaments in soccer, baseball, trampoline, volleyball, basketball, and more. The tournaments will be held in Shizuoka, as well as Kanagawa, Osaka, Yamaguchi, Miyagi, and other locations across Japan.

 

 

 

2024

• February Main sponsor of the Kanagawa Prefecture soccer tournament and the national trampoline prefectural tournament

• March Soccer school in Kanagawa

• April Soccer tournament in Yamaguchi

• May Sendai tournament

• June Tournament planned in the Tokyo metropolitan area

• July Soccer tournament in Osaka

• November Baseball tournament planned

 

Centered on soccer tournaments, we plan to hold trampoline, volleyball, baseball, basketball, and other tournaments across Japan.

We will continue to announce details as soon as future activities are decided.

 

For the bright future of children, and to support the second careers of professional sports players and athletes, we will energize communities through the power of sports!

The Community-Building Envisioned by VALUE VILLAGE

“From Our Town to the World”
At the foundation of the community-building envisioned by VALUE VILLAGE is

The idea is to produce athletes from our own town who can bring “excitement” to people around the world, and to have the entire town support and cheer for those athletes.

 

There are many examples of athletes who rose from their own towns to the world stage and captivated the world, contributing to local revitalization through their success.

 

Also, like The Hague in the Netherlands, where there is a stadium right in the middle of the city, with children there in the morning, older people at noon, and fathers coming to play soccer in the evening, we will work together with everyone to create a town where sports are deeply rooted.

 

Would you like to create a town that is passionate about sports together with us?

Specifically, we will carry out the following five initiatives.

 

1. Job Creation

 

Going forward, we will carry out activities rooted in each local region through sports.

To begin with, many adults will be needed for the future of children, including creating environments where children can exercise, classes where children can actually make use of neuroscience, and skill-building classes for those aiming to reach the professional level.

Through this, we will create employment opportunities in the region and contribute to the local community, helping enhance the appeal of our sponsors.

 

2. Providing Local Specialties and Services

From the beginning of the new year onward, we will continue to hold soccer, baseball, trampoline, volleyball, basketball, and other tournaments across Japan. Through these events, VV partners throughout Japan will provide local specialties and services from each region, creating opportunities for exchange with the people who gather at the tournaments and strongly encouraging local production for local consumption. And by using the TeamGenrever platform, people can access each region’s local specialties and services anytime, anywhere. TeamGenrever will also support greater recognition for local sponsors.

 

 

 

3. Creating Second Careers for Professional Sports Players

Supporting the second careers of professional sports players who know the real thing is also one of our major missions. Through sports and learning, we will focus on developing the people who will shape the future, and together with all of you, we will realize active and sustainable contributions to society.

 

 

4. Neuroscience Education for Children

We will provide children with learning experiences that are not easy to encounter in everyday life and contribute to developing people who can one day take flight on the world stage. We will do our utmost so that this becomes an investment in the people who will shape the future.

 

5. VALUE VILAGGE Sponsorship Agreements with Athletes

We will work with many athletes. You will be able to watch those athletes grow up close.

In addition, by becoming sponsors of those athletes and providing advanced medical care centered on regenerative medicine, we will create an environment where the athletes can devote themselves to competition with peace of mind.

We will prepare an environment where they can surely seize the limited opportunities life offers.

So that we can become sponsors and help them take flight into the world.
