Why are you particular about having your own factory?

We make our products at our own factory, ARTISANS PRODUCTION. Having the place of production in our own hands is an expression of our desire to make things responsibly, where we can see what is happening. What materials are used, through what steps, and in what environment they take shape. We want to face every part of that. If production were entrusted far away, there would be things we could no longer see. We want to confirm those things with our own eyes. That is why we value the choice of having our own factory.

What kind of certification is “ISO 9001”?

ARTISANS PRODUCTION has obtained certification under the international standard ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard that shows a system is in place to maintain consistent quality, known as a quality management system. It is not about making something good only on special days, but about being able to deliver the same quality at all times through defined procedures. This certification means that such a system has been recognized according to third-party standards. Because our products stay close to everyday life, we want to continue protecting that “ordinary” standard as a matter of course.
